I started my journey like most and worked at various restaurants throughout Orange County, eventually making it behind the bar.

It was a moment of pure alchemy, a love affair with mixology that ignited my spirit. As I delved into the art of crafting cocktails, I decided to elevate my education and expand my horizons. Even as I pursued a degree in Ultrasound Radiology at Modern Technology in Fountain Valley, my heart remained tethered to the bar. It was a dual life, one in the world of medical science, and the other, in the enchanting realm of mixology.

All the while, "Curly Bartender" became a moniker that clung to me throughout my decade-long odyssey in the restaurant and bar industry.

After a decade of forging unforgettable moments and crafting remarkable concoctions, I made a decision — I chose to transform Curly Bartender from a mere label into a personal brand, a dream that had simmered in the back of my mind for so long. It had reached its boiling point.
